Am I on track?

About 3 lbs lost in the last month, 12-15 pounds to go, no constant change for the past week or so.

I don't know if I'll plateau since I only have at most 15 pounds left, or if I should increase or decrease my calories.

Currently strength training in conjunction with cardio.

Does anyone have input on how to make it past the last pounds?

You're definitely right on track! With the amount of weight you have left to lose, 1/2 a pound per week is an ideal pace. No need to lower calories at all.

The only thing I might suggest is to track sodium instead of sugar as high sodium days will lead to stall/gain on the scale so it's good to be able to look back and see why those types of fluctuations happen.

Also, FYI, a true plateau lasts more like 4-6 weeks. Not seeing a change for a few days is perfectly normal and you'll likely see that happen more the closer you get to goal.

No worries, just keep on keepin on. :)

Thanks so much for the input!! I'll keep in mind that progress will be slow, and keep on doing what I've been doing :)
