Focus T25 Advice

I bought Focus T25 for me and my boyfriend for Christmas. We have yet to do it. I just want to know people's opinions on it before I start doing the program. Give me any pointers, advice, pros, or cons you guys may have about it. Any help is appreciated!

    Modify when needed, pause if needed. Depending on you're fitness level if you can't keep up or do it all at first that's ok. It's fun but definitely not the easiest workouts. But stay positive and motivated. Don't wear running shoes but court/cross trainers as the lateral movements will kill you otherwise.

    Love, love, love T25. I just started week 3. My whole body, but especially my core & legs, already feel stronger. Last night I was able to hold plank position for a little bit - I still followed the modifier for the actual moves, but just the fact that I was able to hold myself up was amazing! Definitely recommend it.
