Yesterday was my skn's first day of daycare, so we had to leave super early and he had breakfast there, I had a banana after I jogged to work after his drop off...
... And then I forgot to eat until I got home and had him put to bed. I ate some leftover spaghetti and a grilled chicken thigh, I felt fine and full, took a hot bath and went to bed early. Then for the first time since I started logging and trying to meet my calorie hola every day I woke up this morning feeling crappy and instead of getting up, working out, and making breakfast with my little guy I wrapped us up on the couch, put on his favorite movie and took a nap.
Before I joined MFP I always attributed my tiredness and difficulties with mornings to my lower iron count, now however I realize that it was probably from skipping every meal except dinner.
Note to self, while breakfast might not be the most important meal of the day, I should still eat it, and lunch before I have dinner.
Anyone else recently relapse into less than stellar eating patterns?
