Headache immediately after cardio?

Hello!
I'm new to this site (not the app!) and just started doing some cardio. I'm noticing that after an intense workout, I'm getting bad headaches that cease within half an hour. Is this common for new exercisers? I thought maybe it was dehydration or my blood pressure going too high. I drink a minimum of 100 oz's of water a day, so I doubt that it's dehydration, and my resting blood pressure is usually pretty decent.
Any ideas????

From what I hear, sometimes people get them when they first start working out at a high intensity. Are you breathing properly? That and dehydration seem to be the biggest causes. How long are you working out and what workout is it? I know people have gotten them after Insanity. I've never had them, but I have had friends who have and they said that it usually goes down in a week or two. How long have they been going on?0
