Lower Body?

So, with 27 lbs gone, it seems like it must have all come from my top half, because even though I am in size small tee shirts, and a 7 in most dresses, my pants size is STILL at an 11/13. I know people say that area is the last to fall off, but I was wondering if there are any exercises or tricks that people have found really help with the lower body?
