Muffin in a mug?

Hi

Does anyone have any muffin in a mug recipes?

I would love to try them.

I've googled it but a lot of it is with flax but I can't seem to find it in shops. I'm from the UK

I'm from the UK too so understand the difficulty finding ingredients sometimes! My favourite one is this one from Chocolate Covered Katie:

Is it flax seed that you're after?? If so, health food shops sell it, or amazon :-)
