I was really really craving a slurpee today, and there just happened to be a 7-11 right on my way back to the office from an appointment. So I stopped and got one (against my better judgement). Anyway, the diet gods must have been looking down on me, because I dropped it as soon as I walked out of the store. I was left with about 1/3 of the slurpee...It ended up being a good thing because I was able to satisfy my craving, at a much smaller calorie level.

Have you ever been given a sign from the universe when it comes to your eating/drinking/exercise habits?
