Calories in Vs. Calories out. Where you get those calories from, and what you do with them is entirely up to you.

I will try to help!
Why is the bleached flour more expensive? I always buy unbleached for the extra 40 cents I'd prefer not to each something that is bleached!
Seltzer vs. Diet Soda - completely up to you. I have views about soda but I'm not going to push them on you. No calorie difference.
Skinny cow v. ice cream - Skinny cow has less calories, so that could have an effect. I really like their ice cream sandwiches. But I usually look for something without high fructose corn syrup in it. I have been enjoying a tub of gelato this week it is delicious.
Jiffy PB vs. Natural - HFCS and/or sugar in Jiffy. Natural is just ground up peanuts, thus less calories. You really don't need sugar/HFCS in peanut butter it tastes awesome naturally. You can also just buy peanuts and grind them (not sure if that is cheaper)
pancakes vs. cream of wheat: I personally hate cream of wheat I can't even compare it to pancakes. Pancakes are just flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and milk though so I don't waste $ on pancake mix - it's so easy to make yourself. And you can add blueberries or chocolate chips (now I want pancakes thanks!) Also, oatmeal? Cheap if you buy in large containers and yum. The store brand for oatmeal is fine.
Ranch vs. Salsa - ranch has a lot of calories. You could buy a packet of ranch mix and mix it up with plain greek yogurt if you are trying to lose the calories. If you google greek yogurt ranch you can probably find some recipes. I love salsa and it's low in calorie per volume.
peanuts - so you would only weigh the part of the peanut you eat...I don't know which one is cheaper but there is no calorie difference, just a matter of preference whether you want to crack shells and then clean up the mess.0 -
*Jiffy Peanut Butter Vs. Organic All Natural Peanut Butter - probably not in calories, but in preservatives maybe. Check the sugar, though.
*Ice Cream Vs. Skinny Cow ice cream/ greek ice cream - i haven't tried Skinny Cow, but the name seems like fewer cals?
*pancakes Vs. Cream of wheat - mainly dependent on do you use syrup and butter on the pancakes, or sugar and milk in the cream of wheat
*Ranch Vs. Salsa - HUGE difference in calories and fat. Salsa is lower.
Diet Soda Vs. Sparkling Water - sparkling flavored water? that's pretty much what diet soda is but with a brand name.
Peanuts in a jar Vs. Bag of peanuts in shells - no difference except in cost. peanuts are peanuts when prepared the same. flavored peanuts in a jar will change the sugar and sodium count, though. i.e. honey roasted versus raw in shell.0
