1200 cal diet meal ideas?

Hey ya'll,
So, I love to cook and I make dinner a pretty big deal. But I'm on a 1200 calorie diet, and it's such a pain to measure out every calorie from the cloves of garlic I use, to the quarter of an onion, etc. Just today, I made a (semi-healthier) tuna salad with celery and apple, but I only made enough for myself, so I had to put "1/2 stalk of celery" and ".5 cup of apple" and "2 oz of tuna."
If anyone has any meal ideas that already have the calories laid out, please send them to me! Better yet, if there's a site that consistently puts calorie counts on their recipes, I want those too please!

Hey! I used to be on 1200 cals, check out my food diary around June 2012 for my meals, but I quickly had to up the cals tho because my progress stalled.. so just FYI!
First meal idea that comes to mind: I make these huge egg white omelets sometimes for breakfast that, depending on veggies/cheese/avocado/meats, will run between 250-400 cals and keep me full for a long time.
Today's omelet is pasted below and was brunch, so I'm good until post workout snack and dinner time! Lots of room to spare!

Thank you both! I will definitely be looking at your food diary, AnnaVee! I love the idea of omelets - now if I can just make them without pounds of cheese, I'll be set!
