I am 5ft 1' and weigh 214lbs. I want to lose at least 2lbs a week. I have set my calories at 1200/day. I exercise most of the time 4x a week. The thing is I have trouble eating all my calories. I cook low calorie meals and watch my snacks. With all this in mind, will keeping the calorie intake the same make me lose more or should I keep it at least 1200 a day. I do have cheat days once in awhile so I do get extra calories on those times.

You should not eat less than 1200 calories. If you need a calories boost eat some peanut butter!! Remember slow and steady wins the race!0
