Have any goals to reach this Spring/be fit by summer?

Join our spring weightloss group! A lot of us have birthdays/graduations/anniversaries/weddings coming up this Spring/early summer and are trying to reach a goal by then. Some of us just want to be fit by summer. Either way, we have work to do!

We have weigh-ins the 1st and 15th of each month. Even though we've already weighed in for January, you are still welcome to join in!
