Here's a little bio about me:

Currently I will be attempting Insanity and Julian Michaels 30 day shred along with the squat challenge. There are a few times I want to give up but I keep pushing. I love MFP, I joined because of a nutrition class but never really used it. However, back in December a coworker encouraged me to utilize the website and I can honestly say that this has thought me a lot and have began curving my appetite.

I am looking for a great support system so please feel free to add me. Also, I would love to know some of your exercise routines (at home)...what motivates through the aches and pain to continue? And some great snack ideas...I have ran out of options :happy: :happy:
