Anyone want to join me on this journey- I really want to feel great at my wedding! I need suggestions of how I can make this goal a reality!!!!

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding.
Just stick to the calorie goal that you have set up through Myfitnesspal.
I also reccomend breaking up your workout into two times a day whenever you can, you metabolism increases after workign out, so you get the benefit of having double the calorie burning post workout time. Also, you may wind up working out more, and being more consciensious about your caloric intake.0 -
