I'd rather have.....

Don't know why, but this morning I was contemplating the number of calories in Allen's Minties and thought.... for 23 calories I could eat half a punnet of strawberries or, for the calories in two minties I could eat the whole punnet. The difference is that after a couple of minties you just want more of them, whereas after half a punnet of strawberries you're full AND have eaten a heap of awesome nutrients and feel good whereas minties are basically empty calories (not that there is anything wrong with the occasional mintie).

So I was wondering, what would you rather have, healthy for unhealthy? I'd rather have a punnet of strawberries than two minties.

Hopefully we can give everyone some great alternative ideas and inspire ourselves and each other to make better choices most of the time.
