Hi guys, I'm doing 30 day shred from Jillian and these are my results!! only 10 days (sorry for my english,im from Chile , spanish here)
after of this im going to do ripped in 30 *-*
ps: before the exercises i can't wear that bra!!

    Hey, frann. Day 10 for me too. 21.25 inches and 4lbs down. Results are the best motivation.
