Last 10ish lbs! Help! Am I stuck?!

Hello people I am aiming for abs and thus my goal weight is 150 .... I am currently 163 lbs and seem to be stuck ...I eat aprox 1200-1500 calories a day (depending on how hard I workout that day) I am on day 9 of insanity and don't seem to be dropping weight ... Did I hit a plateau? If so how do I get out?
Also I have a body building class at school
Ps went from 205-163 so maybe it is a plateau
