new to trying to get filling better

I am trying to get in shape and having a hard time. I work 3 days in the hospital on my feet . And i dont have or want to go to the ymca and trying to figure out what exercise to start doing. I am a bput 250lbs and a smoker and i dont work out everyday. but i want to start sloww and stay with it any ideas would work...

    Hello! I just work out at home for 30mins about 5 times a week. I am also a smoker. Eat right and get some exercise! Good luck!
