Ladies who lift and run?

I have done a few searches for something similar to this but have found only older posts.
A few stats:
I'm 27, mother of 3 humans and 1 great dane, full time employee, part time student, lifter, runner, recovering anorexic.
I've been at "goal weight" for a while and have steadily put on about 5 pounds of muscle in the last few months. I also run and have been in quite a few races and won. More planned for me this year.
I'm looking for friends who lift AND run because it seems my goals are VERY different than most so I get discouraged and feel lonely in my journey.

Anyone out there? How do you incorporate running and lifting into your routine?

hey! i'm a runner and i got into lifting and strength training consistently about a month ago. I've also dealt with some eating disorder issues, so being healthy keeps me on the right path. i'm currently taking a week or two off from running to heal my knee (i blame jillian michaels ;).

Feel free to add me if you like!

You can add me. Im taking a break from lifting for the next few weeks since I was finding that I couldn't keep up my calorie deficit, lift and increase my running endurance. Right now im focused on the deficit and the running which means lifting is on hiatus...

    I miss it

    Hi!!

I also lift and run...I run in the morning(mostly interval training on my lift days) and lift in the evening or late afternoon...On non lift days I go for longer runs...Its perfectly working for me and I love both ....Lifting has given more endurance to my running!!

Yes, I saw this but it is not what I was looking for. I'm ok with my schedule how it is but looking more for women who lift heavy and run. Thank you, though!

I added all of you ladies! I find it is so hard to really focus on both lifting and running without starting to lack in one of them. I follow many fitness people who always put how they hate cardio.... but I LOVE to run. Lifting makes me feel so strong mentally (and physically, of course) and running clears all it all out and I can just be part of nature. Do you ladies train for certain events? Or just to be more fit?
