Binge eating lets get real

I binge eat. Only sometimes. I think for me personally I cant even start I wont stop. I cant have my favorite bag of doritos sitting in front of me, I dont want 3 of them I want the whole bag. Once I start binging I cant stop, then I feel like crap afterwards. There are lots of foods I grew up eating that I developed unhealthy relationships with (hey at least I am not in denial about how I got this way), so If I have a love obsession with soda and drinking one cup is going to induce a sugar rush and make me want a whole 2 liter how smart is it to have at my house? Why would I have all the foods that I have had an unhealthy relationship with just sitting around my house? Does that make any logical sense? Like I am a heroin addict I will just leave it in my freezer to look at everyday and not touch...Say what?

Like a serving of my fav ice cream is a 1/3 a cup. It would be freezer burnt by the time I ate my daily portion.
