I usually run on M,W, and F. I am going to be out of town Monday morning when I should start week 6. Which is my best option:
1. Run Monday night when I get home after driving 4 hours and continue with W, F
2. Run Tuesday morning, Wens and Fri. (thurs and sat are not options)
3. Run tomorrow morning (Sunday) before I leave, and then run W, and F.
