    Awesome suggestion about the weights. I never do the same workout day after day. Some days I go for distance and speed and the others I will have incline really high. I will definitely add the weights to my workout.

    I'm definitely no expert as I'm still trying to figure out what works for me, but I have a desk job - totally sedentary except for my 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week...I find if I totally up the water, watch out for sodium as best I can and up the protein foods - I do way better, just a thought.

    Also, my brother who is preparing for a body building show in May told me to surprise my metabolism by trying to get in a 15-30 minute workout later in the day as well - haven't gotten to try that yet - Just keep at it, don't give up!!!

    Oh, and take measurements - I haven't lost much yet, but I am starting to lose inches - the scale is just a tool, every day you exercise is a better day and another step to a healthier you!!! - Be good to you!!! :)
