Okay I know this topic has been posted a billion times but... ugh!

I am trying to get rid of the last 10 pounds and have hit a major plateau. I know that's normal. I have tried severe restriction, I have tried to increase my calories, I have upped the hours and intensity of my workouts and the weight just won't go. It is driving me crazy. I have tweaked my macro nutrient ratios and I've tried to trick my metabolism by eating more calories/carbs and then restricting, etc. I have gone all out with my workouts and have taken rest days... I have changed my food choices and timings.

I don't know what else to do aside from just going on a three day fast or something really drastic.

My stats:
I am 5'5"
45 years old
Female
Active - Exercise including calisthenics, boxing, cardio, dance and sculpting or some combo like that twice a day approximately 45 to 60 minutes a day (so a couple of hours a day)
Current weight is 119 to 120
Desired weight is 113 - NOT to stay there because I know that is underweight. I just want to hit that number and then I'll bump it back up a few and maintain from there. Ya know... everyone has that magic number.

I feel like my body is healthy right where it is and is struggling to stay there. Then again, I have also been snacking a bit more than I normal do. That has to stop as well.

Anything kind thoughts, comments or words of advice would truly help.

Thanks!

Haha... replying to my own post.
Then again, maybe I am just imagining things. I mean I have gone away on long weekends and totally indulged in all kinds of decadent gourmet foods, sweets, even fried (not worth it) for three days at a time and it didn't make any difference in my weight loss at all.
