Recommiting to MFP...

Hello,
I joined MFP a couple years ago and had a lot of luck loosing weight. I stopped when I got pregnant and now I need help getting off this baby weight. Could use some friends to help motivate and support and could definitely use food and snack ideas!! I know it's so important to plan meals so you don't get starving and eat the wrong thing. :) I'm ready to recommit!!

    Congrats on the baby !!!!

    My foods are pretty boring but I'm starting a new program next week, maybe I'll be more interesting then with food, we shall see!

    How old is your little one now?

    What type of workouts do You like? doing what you like is what will get you there again!
