Marinated Rib Eye with Lemon Pepper Sauce

Serves 4
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons tamari
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 (1 pound) Rib Eye steak
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 1/4 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
Combine honey, tamari and Worcestershire sauce. Marinate beef in this mixture for at least 1 hour. Combine lemon juice, pepper, salt, sugar; set aside. Grill rib eyes as you like them, using marinade to frequently baste steaks. Slice beef into thin strips; serve with lemon sauce for dipping or drizzle over beef and serve.
Per 3 oz serving: 167 calories, 15 g protein, 6 g fat (2 g saturated), 14 g carbohydrates, 40 mg cholesterol, 509 mg sodium.
