Am i taking enough pills for fish oil needs?

That is the link to the fish oil pills i am currently taking. It says to take once a day. Going by the specs on the bottle, is that enough to take just once a day or do i need to take more? :/

I'm 27, 5"5, 218lbs

    Follow the instructions. There are some studies that show fish oil in tablet form doesn't offer the health benefits. I still take them though.

    oh? Ok..just wondering bc i've read and heard some people take about 3-5 pills a day. :/
