I like oatmeal. Not the rip open the package and add water but real stuff. I made this concoction this morning.
5 cups dry oatmeal 1,500 calories
1 C Craisins 520 calories
! C walmuts 720 calories
I cook it all up with in water and measure out 1 cup to eat. I save the rest for the future…it keeps well.
How do I figure what I ate this morning?
Thanks,
Nick

You've put 7 cups of things in there, so does it make about 7 portions?0

How many cups did it turn out to be?
Enter the whole thing in the recipe builder and enter the total number of cups as a serving.0
