anyone interested in starting a group? im on my 3rd day and I'm real liking it.
post here if you're interested.we can update our posts and share how where doing.

basically you fast for 16 hours and then you can eat for 8 hrs.just pick you're own window of what 8 hrs a day you want to eat.
till i get used to eat I'm just eating whatever it takes to be satisfied without over doing it. i still stay under my 2000 calories easy

oh just google or youtube 8 hr diet and you'll find plenty of info.

my start weight was 275 jan 29 - today I'm 269 - goal weight 200 - 5 ft 11 male.
