    Excellent well done! You look amazing, I agree pictures are great I actually wish I had allowed more to be taken of me at my biggest. When you have a bad day and feel like you ain't getting no where its through pictures that you can see just how far you have come .. Keep it :)

    what have you been doing in terms of exercises?

    I love my lunchtime run/walk when the weather is good, I love Treadmill HIIT cause its quick and intense and burns lots of calories, I do kettlebell workouts or 10lb hand weights and just do bicep tricep shoulder press, dumbbell rows, bench press stuff like that and jumprope in between sets to keep my heart rate up, my fave DVD is jillian michaels yoga meltdown, its redik hard and im so sore after!! :)

    Thankyou everyone! This support system is so awesome on here, y'all keep me going!!! I did buy a cheap bikini to start going to the beach in :) it will be my motivation to look great in it then buy one from VS!! :)
