Thank you, I am aware of that. And I have talked to my doctor. And follow what she has told me. To hit at least 1100 a day if I don't do the full 1200 and that it's fine to not eat the calories I burn since I give myself a cheat day and eat whatever no matter the calories.
I can do the actual egg vs the egg white instead. And white bread instead of wheat etc. Thank you!Did you know your body actually signals your brain that you "aren't hungry" if it routinely isn't getting enough calories? This is part of your body's natural defenses against starvation. This may or may not be the case for you, I just wanted to point out that just because you don't feel hungry, doesn't absolutely mean you are giving your body everything it needs. If you are eating low fat versions of things, egg whites instead of whole eggs, and things of that nature, just try eating the regular, full calorie versions. I vet that would get you up to your minimum calories for the day and you wouldn't actually feel like you were eating more food.0
