Need Diabetic Friends

I have Type 2 diabetes and could use some motivational help. I was vigilant on MFP and lost about 40 pounds and was down to about 187. I stopped walking / jogging and a little lax on my diet.I am now back at 202, but ready to get back into it. I think I want to get to about 180 but not sure if I can. At 185 /187 was very hard to maintain. I did feel good and sleep better. Trying to get my wife on MFP. She is not diabetic but wants to lose some weight. I also use the Runtastic app which syncs to MFP. I live in Katy Texas.
Thanks

You're right that it always seems much easier to gain weight than it is to lose weight, doesn't it? It can be motivating to remember how good you felt at a lower weight, and how much better you slept. Get back to the exercise and healthy eating, and you'll start seeing progress. ~Lynn /Glucerna0
