Need Diabetic Friends

I have Type 2 diabetes and could use some motivational help. I was vigilant on MFP and lost about 40 pounds and was down to about 187. I stopped walking / jogging and a little lax on my diet.I am now back at 202, but ready to get back into it. I think I want to get to about 180 but not sure if I can. At 185 /187 was very hard to maintain. I did feel good and sleep better. Trying to get my wife on MFP. She is not diabetic but wants to lose some weight. I also use the Runtastic app which syncs to MFP. I live in Katy Texas.
Thanks

  • You're right that it always seems much easier to gain weight than it is to lose weight, doesn't it? It can be motivating to remember how good you felt at a lower weight, and how much better you slept. Get back to the exercise and healthy eating, and you'll start seeing progress. ~Lynn /Glucerna
