Hey!

I am a 35 y/o male who needs to drop about 100. I've been overweight my whole life with the exception of 10-12th grades. I am ready to do this and hope you guys can help me out. I did low carb for a month and have transitioned to what I consider a more sustainable diet based on MFP outputs. I've lost 25 lbs in a month and I am ready to lose the rest.
