Been going to the gym & I've been seeing handicapped people.

The other day, I was squatting with some weights and I saw a man that had some spine deformity using the smith machine to lift heavy weights (I know, many people hate the smith machine but in his case, he would need the extra help). The whole time I was watching him, I was feeling motivated to push myself more. I find people like him to be role models (and he was probably in his sixties as well). And the other day I saw another man with braces on his legs working his butt off.

If they can do it, despite their limited physical capabilities, so can we! If you ever see someone like such at the gym, tell yourself, "If they can do it, so can I!"

It is nice you feel that way. Sometimes I wonder if people look at me and think the same as you did about the disabled chap. The thought spurs me to try harder since I may be inspiring someone! :-)
