30 day plank & push-up challenges!

I am starting the 30 day planking challenge as well as the 30 day push-up challenge today. I think I will do the plank challenge twice daily because the first week or two seem very easy to me. I need to get into these routines and add a little something extra to my workouts so if anyone else wants to do these with me we can help each other stick to them!

    Push ups are my favorite exercise but I'm not sure about the 30 day push up challenge since you do it everyday.I used to be only able to do 15 push ups in a row but an ex-military man shared with me a secret to be increase my number. He told just to do as many push ups as I could in 2 minutes, 3 times a week. At first you might do only 15, rest a few seconds and then only be able to do 5. Just do what you can do in 2 minutes. Now I can do 100 without stopping (not going too fast or slow) and incorporate 500 push ups in my aerobic workout.
