Hello Fitness Pal friends,

Need some ideas of Snacks that are filling and low in Carbs and Fats.

I get the munchies in the afternoon at my work.

Anyone else have this problem ??

    eat a more filling lunch.

    mindless eating isnt really going to help you which is what i think of when i think of getting the munchies.

    eat more protein at lunch is a good options. HOWEVER....

    Low fat string cheese
    laughing cow cheese
    beef jerky
    boiled eggs
    celery
    canned chicken
    canned tuna

    Cucumber slices + salsa
    Baby carrots + hummus
    Greek yogurt
    Banana or apple with peanut butter
    Raisins
    String cheese

    Try to be open to more than just low-carb and low-fat. Fat is very satisfying (carbs are for me too), and you need it in your diet.

    Mini turkey sandwich with string cheese
    Hard boiled eggs with veggies
    Quest bar
    Protein homemade cookies
    Hummus with veggies
