Hello Fitness Pal friends,
Need some ideas of Snacks that are filling and low in Carbs and Fats.
I get the munchies in the afternoon at my work.
Anyone else have this problem ??

eat a more filling lunch.
mindless eating isnt really going to help you which is what i think of when i think of getting the munchies.0 -
eat more protein at lunch is a good options. HOWEVER....
Low fat string cheese
laughing cow cheese
beef jerky
boiled eggs
celery
canned chicken
canned tuna0 -
Cucumber slices + salsa
Baby carrots + hummus
Greek yogurt
Banana or apple with peanut butter
Raisins
String cheese
Try to be open to more than just low-carb and low-fat. Fat is very satisfying (carbs are for me too), and you need it in your diet.0 -
Greek yogurt with fruit
Cottage cheese
Mini turkey sandwich with string cheese
Hard boiled eggs with veggies
Quest bar
Protein homemade cookies
