    Thanks all! I'm 5'9" for those of you wondering : ) I've been sticking to about 1400-1600 cals a day. I found that 1200 was too little and I'd plateau when I try it out. As for working out, I'm on my feet all day at my job and try to get in 3-4 30 minute cardio/strength sessions throughout the week.
