Everyone has problems0

Have to solve it eventually, otherwise will get worse. Drinking alcohol hoping your problems will go away will only attract even more problems. You're too young to be going through this phase0

I don't recall him saying he was an alcoholic ..0

Classic response. I've seen this type of behavior before, and also speaking from experience. You're already down that road and don't even realize it0

As did I.
Hence...what I mentioned earlier and why I rarely drink now. I focus on other ways...getting to the gym, going on a hike, anything. If I learned anything, I learned that getting drunk just created more problems.0 -

I do realize it's a possibility. I am objective enough to see that. My mom's am alcoholic, so I do know the signs. It's like dancing with the devil. It's such an easy way to make problems go away. But they don't really go away, they never do. I drank with friends today, but I do know my limits and I know when to stop. It's never become a problem in my life, at least not yet0

I'm here to better myself, so embarrassment is secondary. I do appreciate the concern, sometimes even just someone caring is enough0 -
Well I hope not dude. Just be careful because that shiit can sneak up on you quickly. Like I said before, speaking from experience I thought I knew the signs because of my family background. I didn't realize till years later that I had a problem. But by then was too late. I'm hoping you don't go through what I did.0
