Shoveling Snow How To Calculate

I spent an hour moving very heavy snow earlier, and entered it as calisthenics / vigorous (push ups/sit ups) . Is that the correct thing to put it under.. Since I am going to go out now and spend another 2 hours doing more I would like to know if I am documenting it correctly cause I am starving and had a largish lunch.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

There's snow shoveling in the cardio database.

Yep, it's in the DB. The number will be inflated though I am sure. If it gives you something like 600 calories, it's most likely incorrect.

The plow truck came by today and added a 30" high x 36" wide pile of heavy packed boulder snow to the end of my driveway today, so I had to shovel. Not cool, plow truck, not cool. I wore my HRM to shovel and compared it to the database's reading. The database was actually under my HRM by 5%. And I never get actual HRM values lower than what the database projects. Granted, I was drenched in sweat and had to peel off my coat when I got inside.
