Acticity Level?

How do you measure your activity level? I don't know if I have mine correct. I am 29 years old, 5'3 and I weigh 145. I am not working at the moment, I'm on maternity leave so I am home most days. I have been exercising 5-6 days a week for 30-60 minutes. I usually do cardio or ab work out videos burning from 300-500 calories. My baby is almost 10 months old so I am taking care and playing with her during the day. I usually do around 30 min of cleaning around the house. Other than that I'm usually sitting so I don't know what the right activity level should be.

I feel like I'm not losing weight so I don't know if I'm not eating enough. Under My fitness goals on the app I have my weight goal to lose .5 lbs per week, Activity level is at Lightly Active which gives me a Net Calorie Goal of 1650. I have been very good about staying close to 1650 calories a day. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Activity level should be decided based on what you do during the day without intentional exercise.

The fact that you're a mother running around and also do cleaning might indicate lightly active.

Sedentary is up to 5,000 steps in a day plus normal activities such as cooking, walking to the bathroom, self care, ect.

Are you wearing a HRM for your at home video workouts? 300-500 per session seems very high to me. If you are overestimating your calorie burns, that can easily destroy your .5lb per week calorie deficit.

I have the Polar FT4 HRM that I use while exercising.
