Ideas to Build Appetite?

Hi Fellow Fit/Getting Fit people,
Does anybody have any advice on building my appetite up? Especially after a workout?
It's really hard for me to eat after a workout, I get up at 4:30a and we usually finish at around 6:45, and afterwards the last thing I want to do is eat, especially protein. Any tips would be appreciated! Thank you in advance.
