atkins phase 1 and working out

Hi my name is Missy and I am currently on Atkins Phase 1. I want to lose 15 pounds at least before March. I thought the low-carb diet would be a great start. I am also alternating working out 5 days a week, between kickboxing and aerobics and some jogging in place workouts I found on youtube. I am homebound, a stay at home mom and housewife so there is no gym, and we don't have a treadmill or elliptical, so I thought working out somehow even if its in my living room and with the youtube videos will work. Anybody going through Atkins or just started working out send me some ideas or tell me what you are up to. Any suggestions will help and I would love to hear your survival methods!
