Hi guys, i have been on this site before and had great success, but due to some lifestyle factors (moving house / city / new job) i had stopped using MFP, although i did maintain a moderate level of exercise and healthy eating. I'm back now to finish the job ! I have around 25Kg to lose and my current plan is to eat around 1200 - 1400 Cals per day and keep up the exercise that im currently doing;
Before work - 1Km swimming laps (approx 35 - 40 mins)
Lunch - Gym session (treadmill, weights, rower) approx 40 mins
i was doing a lot of running 6 - 12 months ago, but in at the moment (summer) its too hot to run through the day. Last summer was ok because my office was near the beach so running through the day was a lot cooler. I think i'll stick to the gym and pool for now and maybe get back into running in the next few month.
** Looking for friends who post regularly, i love the motivation **

Good luck! I will probably get into swimming more soon. My knee has been bothering me so that would probably be a good alternative.0
