A BIT SHY..BUT HI!!!

Hello All!
My name is Trish and I'm trying to make a change. I hope this program helps me. I have been tracking everything I eat! I work full time and I am in school full time with an A average so I'm thankful. I also do music and have my own home studio. I play keys, gutiar and produce music. :wink: I have had 2 knee surgries and as an ex athlete with a ripped body, I am now larger than life (in my eyes). My goal is to just be realistic and slim down by May, my birthday month. I haven't weighed my self since I stared but I'm hoping when I do the scale finally goes down. It is just hard to find a WORKOUT that won't produce fluid in my knee.. :( I wish you all luck and maybe I can meet a fitness buddy on here to help keep me motiovated!!
