HI! I really like to use MFP. However, I'm confused because I do not know if I should consume all of the calories added to my day added on from the calories I burn from working out. I'm really concerned because I my first and second week on MFP, I lost 3# each week! Now, I'm at a stand still-last 2 weeks. Thank you!
