Questions about supplements and when to take (time of day)

Ok so I have lost about 55lbs so far. Reached my "goal weight" about 5-10lbs ago. I have continued to lose, which is fine because I determined I want to lose another 10-15 anyways or another few inches.

I started taking a fat burner quite some time ago. I usually cycle on it for 4-6 weeks then off for 4 weeks. When I'm off it, I supplement with an adrenal support.

I've been taking multivitamins (1 gelcap 3 times daily)

I also take (only when on my burner cycle) 1x8mg ephedra

Now this Monday I have added in Vegegreens (1 scoop per day), phytoberry (1 scoop/day), omega 3 oils (1000g EPA, 550mg DHA) 2 caps usually twice daily (sometimes I forget the second set!), and 1 scoop of whey isolate protein (in a smoothie in the morning after doing physical training)

Here is how I'm taking everything:

Post PT (usually around 0830) Whey Isolate (21g protein/serving) smoothie made with yogurt, water, whole flaxseed and fruit.

1000 Vegegreens 1 scoop with water.

1130 2xomega-3 caps, 1xburner, 2xmultivit, 1xephedra

1330 phytoberry 1 scoop with water

1500 1xmultivit

2000 2x omega-3

Now obviously I'm eating as well. I don't eat "breakfast" because I now have the smoothie. I graze on veggies or fruit most of the day. I also pack hardboiled eggs in my lunch, salads, cheesestrings, iogo yogurt (1.5% MF), I drink water and/or green/jasmine tea all day with a bit of honey. I have a generous supper which is 9 times out of 10 lean meat, and veggies. I hate pasta and rarely eat bread. So it's a pseudo paleo diet/meat leaf berry diet because I like those foods

I just need to know if I'm taking everything at the right time of day as far as the sup's go.

Any help would be great!!
