anyone whos done jillian workouts??

So doing 30ds ..When im done should I do ripped in 30 or alternate between burn fat boost metabolism an trouble zones? I do cardio 3x week on my treadmill. . So idk if I should do something w weights..strength training? Thanks

    I've done ripped in 30 and I liked it and I got really good results- toned up a lot :) I do recommend it....

    I love my 30DS and RI30 dvds! I alternate them with other cardio and strength/weight lifting. I would not do the dvd on the same day as lifting, but it is ok the day or two after, especially if you use 3lb hand weights. I use 9lb dumbbells, so I like to do them on Friday or the weekend, now that I am lifting 2-3x/wk.

    I've done and am currently doing 2nd round of Body Revolution. I absolutely love the program. I've done 30 DS and Ripped in 30 too, but I definitely prefer the challenge and the weight lifting that's in BR. It's always challenging and it's one of those programs that you can do 4 times in a row and always find a way to make it more challenging. Love the variety too!

    I'm currently doing Burn Fat Boost Metabolism and I really like it. It's hard, but I have been seeing results. I sometimes do ripped in 30 and I am on the second week which is very challenging. Overall I like JM workouts.
