Eating way less but feel full?

I am eating way less calories than what MFP is recommending. Well maybe I'm over exercising I'm just not sure. I'm not hungry ever. I just don't eat a lot of calorie filled foods...is this bad? I know everyone says if you eat less calories it can hurt you later on but honestly I'm eating about the same amount or a little less that what I ate before I started my diet just working out and hitting it hard because I love the feeling after a good workout. I don't want to slow down on the working out because I'm seeing results. can someone give me advice on if i'm doing this way wrong.. I mean should I eat even when I'm not hungry?

Eat the calories MFP gives you. If you are eating all super low-calorie foods with high volume, you need to add in other items to bring your calorie level up to the recommendation. Use your brain; you can't depend on your feelings of satiety. You must get the nutrients your body needs.0

I have the same problem! I know im not much help but know that your not alone. My calorie intake on here says I should be having at least 1200 calories/day. However I rarely reach that goal and it always tells me that I under. Im not starving either, but I am hungry once it hits like 9-10 at night. I want to load up my calories but then it has a lot of fat or sodium in it! I also go really hard at the gym, with a lot of cardio because I love it. But then that also means I have to eat even moooore calories, its frustrating. I guess the only answer is to eat a lot more small snacks/meals throughout the day?0

I don't eat back many of my exercise calories unless I do a really huge exercise - like really long run. If I'm not hungry I don't eat. I'd say not to dip below 1,200 a day, but otherwise, if you're not hungry, you're probably fine.
Loads of "you have to do what I do!" on here. You're a long way from starving. You're fine. When you get hungry, eat something.
(edit) Make sure you're recording accurately. Do you use a food scale? Just glancing at your diary, looks like you eat great stuff. Not surprised it keeps you satisfied. And it's easy to over-estimate the number of calories you burn exercising.I have the same problem! I know im not much help but know that your not alone. Are you achieving your goals, healthy, feeling good, and happy with your life? If so, other solution is not to worry about it. If you like to go to the gym and do cardio, go for it. You don't have to eat all the calories back.0 -
yes I get hungry later in the night too most likely because were not eating a lot during the day! Its frustrating because I don't want my body to just shut down because I'm not eating enough calories but I also don't want to eat more and gain..i just feel like if i'm not hungry I shouldn't eat ? but I guess that's not right and as far as estimating the exercise calories I burn i don't guess. the videos I do are fitness blender videos and they give you an adjusted calorie burn like a low number and a high number and I choose the lower number one because everyone's body works differently and also to make it look like i don't burn more. But I go all out especially with the HIIT workouts0
