Ok, so I am super bummed today, got on the scale up 5 pounds. Not sure how that is possible, I know I didn't eat great but I did not eat that bad!!! I am hoping it is that TOM, argh!!!0

It's nearly Wednesday already! How is everyone doing this week?
1. What is your major weakness with losing weight/becoming healthier?

right now it's ice cream cones, marshmallow cream, and nutella on graham crackers oh and caramels. those are my weakness right now. but i sure workout today and went for a long walk today too. but i weigh myself this morning i went down a lb.0

Today was a great day for me I prided myself on the fact that it's pay day and I didn't eat out!!0

Worked overtime yesterday and the hubby was on the TV watching the NFL double header when I got home so I didn't exercise last night. That meant I had to do it tonight, despite working both jobs. But it did it! 30 min of pilates in! Time for bed!0

I can't find my Wii Fit! We still haven't unpacked all of our moving boxes, but I quickly looked through the ones left in the garage and I still can't locate it. Boo. I was all geared up to play today since I haven't used it in quite some time.
1. What is your major weakness with losing weight/becoming healthier?
** Mine is that I want immediate results, in scale form. If I don't see the lbs go down I get very discouraged. Over the last 3 months I think I've gotten better about that, but I'm still OCD if I'm even up a few ounces.

Continuing to feel like I have to reward myself with food when I do good. So finding a better ways to reward myself for success!!

I love all food and it is hard to resist piling up my plate at every meal I don't like junk food so maybe if my house was fill with it I would be at goal but instead I have to find a way to have a portion and let that be enough!0 -

1. What is your major weakness with losing weight/becoming healthier?
I have a few - I always want to see immediate results and loose my mojo very quickly when I don't see it. I am constantly rewarding myself with food, which I'm slowly trying to break that habbit. Lastily, I'm always letting myself eat out because I think it sounds good at the time. I need to set a goal, maybe start out with eating out 1 or 2 times a week and quit making excuses for eating out almost every single day!!!

Well I am right there with some of you, want to see immediate results, if I work really hard for several days and don't see a loss get very discouraged and I too really need to work on this!!! The other for me is eating out, as a family we have really been working on this and trying to go out only a couple times each week, which for us is really good.

Mexican, by far, could eat it every day!!

1. Hardest thing about doing this: time
I tend to go for the quick and easy rather than cook. I've been packing 3 meals a day the last few days because I am not home for 15 or more hours at a stretch.
2. Food: PASTA!!! Oh so yummy and oh so many calories! LOL!0 -

The hubster found our Wii Fit board tonight! I could only manage about 25 minutes of hula hooping/advanced step after standing for 8 hrs in the OR today. I can tell my body as a whole is more in shape, but my quads ae hurting a little from the hula hooping.
Almost the end of another week! I hope everyone has been able to stay on task this week!0 -
Ummm until tonight. I'd eaten a large lunch expecting a small supper and then hubby and I went out. Even eating the lowest cal thing I could find, I'm like 1000 over my daily goal! BUT! I am now cleaning like mad to burn off some of those calories...two birds with one stone. Normally I would just veg on the couch the rest of the night!0

vkp - I'm in your boat tonight, sorta. I was running late for work this morning so I didn't get breakfast, and because I was in the OR all day I didn't get lunch until around 3 this afternoon. Needless to say, I ate about 1,000 cals for dinner too! We also went out. To a buffet. Ugh.0

Happy Friday! Another weigh-in is looming upon us. I'll probably weigh-in on Sunday since that's what I did last week. Every time TOM comes I have to change my weigh-in day accordingly. I refuse to log TOM weights! :laugh:
Got in 60 mins of Wii workouts this morning. 15 mins with My Fitness Coach, 30 mins of Wii Fit Free Step (while my son watched cartoons) and 15 mins of Advanced Hula Hoop. I have lots of errands to run this morning and we're going camping at the beach this weekend. I'm sure all that swimming will burn off plenty of calories.

I hope everyone is having a great week! My boyfriend came into town so for two days I didn't not exercise and went to the bar for a beer and cheese curds! YUM! Other than that been doing great on my diet and exercise. My personal trainer came today and gave me some tips and told me not to be frustrated for the first 2 to 4 weeks since many people don't see much change. He said not to have three meals a day, but rather frequent small snacks/meals higher in calories that are healthy. Thinks I should consume about 1800 calories a day (I thought that was a lot).0

OH MY GOODNESS! I was really bad one day this week but was really good yesterday. I stepped on the scale to see how much I'd have to lose to get back to last week's number and discovered I've lost almost a pound since Monday! :noway: I'm going to weigh again on Monday! I'm actually looking forward to recording my weight! THERE'S a first! :bigsmile:0
