Looking to lose approximately 100 lbs., but more so looking to become more healthy and fit. I gained A LOT of weight while pregnant, and never really had to fuss with watching what I ate, or working out regularly, prior to getting pregnant. But since my first pregnancy, weight gain loves me. I find it extremely easy to gain weight now, but extremely difficult to lose. Because of this, I find myself more prone to becoming discouraged, and struggle with unrealistic expectations of more immediate gratification. However, I very much want to make this a lifestyle change, for overall well being and health. Although, I'm not going to lie, a VERY large part of me, just wants to be able to zip up a pair of 5/6's again, and wear whatever I want!!

Overall, my biggest hurdles are continued motivation, accountability, and having unrealistic (immediate) result ideations.....through this, I'm hoping to gain some great motivating partners, accountability buddies, and others, in general, that will help encourage, etc...one another throughout each of our individual journeys.
