50+ pounds progress

Don't know how to post a pic on here, but my profile pic shows a little progress.

Start using map back in August I was 242lb, started a a very difficult time, what with a holiday looming, kids off school and a long break from work.
Spent probably the first 2/4 weeks trying to convince myself I couldn't get rid of any weight.

Anyway with some determination and a total change of life style I have seen some big changes.

I'm now down to 189lb with only a few to go to reach what is now my third goal weight.

A big thanks to some fantastic friends on here, this app that's had helped a great deal and of course the support I have had from my family. Thanks.

Anyone reading this who thinks they can't do this, well you can. Get it right in your head first and want to do it, if I was to give any advice that's what I would say. Get your head in the right place before you start. This is coming from someone who has been overweight for 25 years and not given a second thought to what I ate or drank for over 20 years. Thanks for reading. Some of my earlier post share my early thoughts on this.
