How many calories do you burn with each Insanity workout?

Unfortunately, my HRM broke AGAIN. I have to stop buying cheap ones 
anyway, I did Insanity before but I lost my record </3 it was on my old MFP acct that I dont use anymore because I forgot the password and the diary on that thing is private.
I was wondering if anyone can give me an estimate on the calories burned of a woman who is 20yo, 5ft 7, and 128 lbs for each workout? I am still saving for a new HRM so I'll really appreciate it if anyone can help me. THANKS A LOT :flowerforyou:
